If you switch to the EU/World plan, put your contract on hold, or cancel your contract within the first 6 months of your plan going live, a £25 fee will apply. If you exceed your 25GB and need more data please contact the Sales team to consult on the best data-only eSIM options to be loaded as a second SIM. *All calls and texts made from Zone 2 will be deducted from the 200 minute and text bundle. This includes calls and texts made to UK numbers. Calls made within Europe and within country in Zone 1 are free, and will not be deducted from your 200-minute bundle. Your inclusive monthly allowance will reset on the 1st of every month. We offer the option to place your number on hold for £7.00 per month. This plan does not cover any usage made on satellite networks. In order to help minimise the possibility of bill shock, we have powerful alerting tools available: Email and/or text alerts will be sent to monitor data usage and chargeable calls & texts. You can view your bills and usage on your billing portal. All prices quoted exclude VAT. If applicable, the VAT rate applied will be determined by your billing address.
