How do you differ from other satellite and satcom providers?
We don’t offer standard VSAT packages. We work with you to understand your requirements and what connectivity solutions would best service your needs. We can oversee the whole process and support you to manage your whole data ecosystem to ensure a seamless operational function and customer experience, from onboard satellite connection to handsets to keep you connected during off-shore operations.
Can you install VSAT antennas?
Absolutely. We work with certified engineers to install and service VSAT antennas, with proven experience across cruise ships, offshore oil and gas, military vessels, commercial marine and yachts. We provide a range of satellite hardware, including antennas, Fleetbroadband and Iridium and Inmarsat packages, as well as ongoing technical support and maintenance.
Can I make changes to my package?
Yes. Your connectivity needs can change quickly and we’re built to adapt. Whether you’re cruising in a region where VSAT becomes essential or need a temporary bandwidth boost for an important video call, we offer flexible options. We offer the option to upgrade at short notice, as well as pause your package and resume when you need to.
